i noticed the toilet roll holder in the room was broken. the walls inside the toilet also had some marks.

The breakfast service was slow, causing some delays in the mornings. I waited over half an hour for my order to arrive. There were no continental options available upon arrival.

the room lacked essential features. There was NO bedside table, inconvenient. I also noticed only one electrical socket by the bed. These small details detracted from the overall experience. The bar prices were TOO high, with draft beer costing over ÂŁ6 a pint.

The roll top bath and bureau in the room were fabulous. It gives an really good experience. I found the staff to be friendly and polite. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent. I appreciate the good decor, a lovely touch indeed.
The bar was quite busy because it was a concert night.
